This project involved the energy upgrade of a building through the integration of a building automation system and the installation of modern heating and cooling technologies.

A complete study was carried out covering the electrical installation, earthing system, HVAC design, and building automation layout.
In addition, an inspection of the constructed installations was performed to verify compliance with the design specifications.

A heat pump system was installed in combination with a solar thermal unit to provide domestic hot water and support the heating circuit.
For cooling, concealed fan coil units were implemented, while automation systems were installed for both HVAC control and overall space management.

The equipment used includes a Heat Pump by Inventor, Solar System by Sammler, and electrical components by Hager.
